I recently just purchased my first house with Wemert Group Realty, and it’s my pleasure to say, it was an excellent experience. Over the years I only have had basic interactions with real estate agencies, (i.e. renting homes) to which I was never truly impressed with some of the major companies. I found Wemert Group online while casually searching for homes. Upon finding a house I was interested in viewing, I sent an email indicating my interest, and to my surprise, I was contacted instantly, first via email then by phone (I believe it was also after hours on a weekend) to set up a viewing. This is where Wemert Group caught my interest, as their agents were on top of it right away, and I was actually speaking with someone rather than dealing with automated emails. I would also like to note that all of the Wemert agents I was in contact with were friendly, very professional, and very knowledgable. My real estate agent Joe, was on top of everything along with other members of Wemert Group that were in constant contact with me, taking me through the process step by step. Anytime I found a house I was interested in viewing, arrangements were made almost instantly. I found a house rather quickly, and Wemert agents were quick to get me set up with the title company (Nona Title) and kept the process moving at a good pace. Patrice did an excellent job and kept me advised as to what forms and payments had to be submitted and to whom. Also provided me all the information and documentation I needed to set up utilities. I would recommend Wemert Group to anyone, and I will certainly use them again in the future to sell my house.
