He answered all our questions and made great suggestions to sell Mom’s house after she moved in with us in New York. Tony sent us a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) and discussed appropriate expectation for price and timeline of sale. I had a situation in which my father passed away and I needed to remodel the house to maximize the return to support my mother's retirement. In addition, I had to manage the remodel and the sale of the house in Florida from California. No small task!
Tony set my expectations on the cost of the remodel, the impact it would have on the sales price and the range I could expect to sell the house. In addition, he recommended a contractor, Robin Longway, who was OUTSTANDING! Tony and his wife also helped with design decisions on the remodel. The house sold within a week of being on the market and we got a little more than where Tony set our expectations.
It has been an extremely stressful period dealing with the passing of my father and getting my mom situated. Tony, Robin and the Wemert Group did a FANTASTIC job of supporting me and my family on this important project. I can't thank them enough!
