We had a great experience working with Jen, Cyndi, and Patrice from the start! We moved to Orlando from Colorado, so there was limited time to look for a house. Jen brought me around to close to 40 homes before we found “the one”. I appreciated her patience as we went all over Orlando, crossing paths several times and making many FaceTime calls in search of the perfect home. Once we found it, Cyndi was extremely helpful in negotiating the deal and getting us ready to close. At this point, everything was done over phone and email and we put a lot of trust into Cyndi and Patrice to keep us on track with paperwork and our “list of to-do’s” for closing. They kept good, open lines of communication, gave us honest feedback, and also found a way for us to close in Colorado before we moved! 5 stars all around for this team!
