I recently purchased a home in the Oviedo area and used Wemert Group Realty.
My realtor, Stacy Fleck was absolutely fantastic. We were relocating to the area from NY and we thought it would be a stressful experience but Stacy made the process from start to finish extremely easy for us! She would run to houses all over Oviedo for us, take detailed videos and send us YouTube videos of the houses in record time! She would even run back to the houses multiple times for us if needed. She truly has the patience of a saint! We had tons of questions and concerns and they were all addressed timely and professionally.
in the current market, with multiple bids on each house, it was difficult to get an offer accepted, but she was great at negotiations and kept in contact with seller realtors throughout the process, and in the end, she got us the house we loved! Throughout the buying process, Stacy was there every step of the way. She gave us excellent recommendations for lenders to work with as well as several inspectors.
I truly loved working with Stacy. She never rushed me off the phone with millions of questions I had, she always made me feel like I was her only client. She responded to text messages, emails, and phone calls usually within minutes and never ever made us wait for anything.
Not only was Stacy great, but the staff at the Wemert office - Valerie and Patrice, walked us through the whole closing process and did an excellent job being a proxy between us and the title company.
Overall, I can not say enough good things about Stacy and the team at Wemert. If you are looking for a realtor that will go above and beyond for you look no further!
