I am a born and raised Central Florida native who is passionate about Florida living! I am lucky enough to have joined Wemert Group Realty 10 years ago and have never looked back- I love what I do and the clients I get to work with even more. I feel that my experience, largely credited to my team who I call family, coupled with my years in the area has given me the tools to help my clients achieve their real estate goals.
My personal goal always is to make the buying and/or selling process as smooth as possible and walk away with a client for life! I pride myself on my return and referral business as the highest compliment we as agents can receive is a referral to help another great client. Myself and my teammates continuously strive to make Wemert Group Realty the favorite real estate team in all the neighborhoods of Central Florida where we live, work and play. Q: Have you always lived in Central Florida? Where do you consider ‘home?’
A: I was born and raised in Central Florida! I have lived in different areas of town, but the Apopka area has always been my home. In fact, I have just boomeranged back to the Apopka part of town.
Q: What are your hobbies outside of doing real estate?
A: I enjoy hanging out with my dogs, watching NASCAR, and finding the best places for food and drinks in the Central Florida area one stop at a time!
Q: What, if anything, would you want your future clients to know about you?
A: I would say that I will work tirelessly until my clients are happily smiling at the closing table.
Q: What are your favorite things about living in Central Florida?
A: My favorite things about living in the wonderful Central Florida area is having the opportunity to experience and explore all my favorite little towns, I also absolutely love being able to find new amazing places to eat, I enjoy all of the great outdoor activities available in the community. It is also great to be surrounded by all of my family and friends!
Q: What are some aspects of real estate that you have learned that has surprised you about real estate after becoming an agent?
A: I have learned that real estate doesn’t ever stop! From the outside looking in, one house sale sounds like a small thing to some people, but what people don’t realize is that you don’t see all the hours spent into making sure that one transaction gets to the finish line as easily and as quickly as possible. There are is a lot that goes into behind the scenes.
Q: Where does your inspiration come from when it comes to selling real estate?
A: I have a huge love for helping others and supporting people. Just being able to see the looks on my client’s faces or even hearing the excitement on the other end of the phone, when I tell them that the offer was indeed accepted is only beat by the looks of excitement that I get to see at the closing table.
