“When we first decided to list our duplexes on the market, my husband decided he would research and read the reviews about Realtors and their teams. We both agreed and selected Wemert Group Realty to assist us with selling our duplexes. When Michele Moon, our Realtor arrived at our first appointment, she came prepared and ready to listen and answer our questions, walking us through the home selling process each and every step of the way. Michele spent time discussing the Marketing Plan for our home, providing objective data regarding market analysis, strategies, and comps in the area in order to determine the listing price. Michele explained how they utilize professional photography, staging advice, and social media presence in their listings. When we saw our listing we were blown away.
