We worked with Jordan Revels. I cannot say enough good things about her! All the usual: understood what we were looking for, within our budget, and what we were and were not willing to compromise on. She was very communicative, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We found the perfect house (we were only the area one day to view houses, so she did a LOT of prep for us). She also credited us herself as the seller had taken the custom lighting and a bathroom mirror and day of closing were refusing to offer a credit. But beyond the usual: my partner and his mother drove our car down and she accidentally left her suitcase at a random hotel in South Carolina. Jordan reached out to realtors there (through a FB group she’s a member of) and a realtor there actually went to the hotel, picked up the suitcase, took it to the UPS store and shipped it to us. It really was above and beyond and we’re so thankful to both of them.
