Within hours of finding a home in Windermere, Danielle helped us formulate an offer and persuaded the seller's agent to take our slightly over full price offer immediately. With that locked down (after weeks of not having any luck due to short supply), Corey placed our existing home for sale on MLS. Again, within 45 mins of listing, we had offered prior to the house being seen. We ultimately selected an offer from a legitimate family (vs some investor).
