Phillip Chandler

I’m Phillip Chandler, a Central Florida native helping buyers, sellers, and investors find homes that fit their lifestyle and goals. I was born and raised in Florida and now live in Apopka, giving me strong local knowledge and insight into the market.

Before real estate, I spent over 30 years in the corporate world, working my way up to a director-level role in commercial printing. That experience built my work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to guide clients through important decisions with confidence.

I’m proud to partner with Corey Welch to make the real estate process smooth, informed, and as stress-free as possible. I take a straightforward, hands-on approach and focus on clear communication from start to finish. My goal is simple: help every client find the right home for their needs and long-term vision.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being near the water, and making the most of everything Florida has to offer. I’m a big fan of the Orlando Magic and Florida State Seminoles, love country music, and enjoy trying new restaurants or a good karaoke night.
