“First pictured is one of the kindest and most patient families ever. Paul and Wendy found themselves relocating for a job and needed to find a home quickly! After a whirlwind two days of me showing them homes from Volusia to Lake County, we found “the one.” Little did any of us know that “the one” was also slowly falling off of its foundation and sinking into the ground so we had to pivot! And shout out to the best inspector I know for saving us there… Luckily the second favorite was still available and we not only got the home but scored a crazy deal! After driving more miles than anyone should they finally arrived and are settling into Florida life with friends in their backyard.”
