The minute I met this fun couple I knew we would be fast friends. They came to me looking to stay in a particular area to keep them close to Mom and get their little one into a great school and we hit it out of the park! This perfect for them house was a For Sale by Owner that was just hiding and waiting for us to jump on it. It came with a brand new roof, a beautiful pool, and possibly the biggest bonus: the owner left toilet paper in every bathroom!! Big thanks to Caleb Corsair for killing it on the loan process, Nona Title, Inc. for the best service, and Patrice for keeping us on the fast track to closing. When we are allowed to socialize again there is no doubt I will be visiting Jennifer and Brian for some pool time, I’m so lucky to meet the best people.” 🏡
