I found Wemert Group Realty from searching for houses on Zillow.com. Moving long distance (Las Vegas, NV) is always stressful, but Wemert Group Realty made a lot of the stresses that come with moving not stressful at all in terms of buying a home remotely. I was able to sign realtor documents while I was in my previous home in Las Vegas, which made the process of purchasing my first home in Florida! In a moments notice, I asked Jennifer Rigsby to cancel plans to see a property and instead see a different property; she was able to get that set up with no problem. The agents at Wemert Group Realty are responsive when I asked questions. When it came to the legal stuff, having a spouse, they were able to accommodate me since my wife couldn’t make it to sign documents on the day of closing (they advised on getting a power of attorney). Overall, the experience I had with Wemert was wonderful and they made the process easy when times were stressful moving across the country.
