“Did you know I can help you buy the house you’re renting?! Earlier this year this military family came to me looking for a new landing spot in Central Florida. They decided to rent for a bit to get a lay of the land and ended up in an adorable townhome. It was a surprise to them when they fell in love with the home and neighborhood so Logan called me one day to let me know they may just continue to rent there. I told him if they wanted to buy it to let me know and I would take a crack at the owner to sell. Cut to yesterday when they signed the papers and it is officially theirs to keep!”
