“Closing day shout out for this sweet girl and her awesome parents! I’m pretty confident fate put me in the path of Lauren, Mom, and Dad and I’m so happy about that. After months of searching they were starting to give up and then one phone call, one showing, a little negotiating, and we had “the one” under contract! This adorable house is close enough to the hospital that Lauren is a nurse at that she could ride her bike to work This family was such a pleasure to work with that I’m a little sad closing day came. I’m super thankful I was able to work with Jennifer Kristine Perez to sell her friend’s home and always to Patrice Marie for keeping me in line. Happy new home day to Lauren and many happy years to come.”
