Good evening, the rush of buying a home finally came down and things are getting all settled. First let me introduce myself my name is Command Senior Chief John and My wife Chief Kita States Navy Both active duty, we started looking for a house in July 2019 through Zillow when we found out we were getting stationed in FL. When we hit the search button it was the amazing Lauren Miller who was the first one to respond in less than 15 minutes of me putting in our information from there we spoke and told Lauren what our family of six is looking for, and she did such an outstanding job getting all of the listings for us every day, and I do mean that every day we were getting new listings. After narrowing our search to 10 houses for our family she not only went above and beyond getting into the details of when home appliances were both to the manufacturing date installed she did everything under the sun that we didn’t even think of. In October 2019, we came to Orlando and from the time we checked in to our hotel on Friday, then Saturday morning was busy getting in all of the houses with her knowledge in the real state world. For two whole 10-12 hour days we were looking at homes, and finally, put an offer in, but as luck will have it we did not get the first house we put the offer in. The search continued from November until we found a listing that she continued to send via email. One day on the market she was relentless on researching and getting the house ready, unfortunately, we were able to come down to Florida right away so what did Lauren do? She showed the house by YouTube video she made and took a 30-40 minute video of the drive to the house, the neighborhood, the park, and the atmosphere and after she did that there was no doubt we put an offer in without even stepping foot in Florida because of the relationship she had with us, we completely trusted her as the subject matter expert in her field. It was no walk in the park getting everything in order but Lauren, or the amazing Lauren went above and beyond my expectations. She was able to be the right-hand man for us across four state lines as if we were there personally. Lauren is amazing. When January 2020 came it was closing time for us, Lauren was literally there from July 2019 through January 2020 with such a commitment like no other I have ever encountered. I’m not even sure how she did it but my wife and I felt as if we were the only clients she had while simultaneously working and order deals without any interruptions or missing a beat. Until today going forward we have become friends doing the boomerang on Instagram lol Lauren is truly the best in her field without any equivocations she is the best realtor I have ever dealt with.
