“Closing Yay
Edgar just bought the most adorable downtown bungalow that I have a little house envy over! Not only did he get an amazing deal but he is within 5 minutes to the best tacos in town At the closing table we got to meet the sellers and sit to sign the papers together, which is a rarity but so welcomed these days. It was so fun to hear the home’s history and find out this was the seller’s first home together as a married couple and where they raised their son and where eventually they housed their mother so she could be closer to her grandkids. To ease a little sadness I may or may not have promised them that Edgar would marry his girlfriend and make it their first home together, he thanked me for that.”
