We had a great experience working with Wemert Group Realty, specifically our realtor Carolina Sanchez! Prior to meeting with Carolina, we interviewed another realtor from another company which we loved. I pretty much had my mind set on the first realtor we interviewed but Carolina really impressed me at our interview with her. She seemed very knowledgeable and seemed to be really interested in what we were looking for. The first realtor also wanted us to sign an agreement that we’d only be working with them, Carolina didn’t require us to sign anything. After I had told her that we’d like her to be our realtor we didn’t start looking for a home until about four months later. During those four months she would text me every now and then to see how we’re doing but she was never pushy about starting to look at houses. When we were finally ready to see homes she made sure she was available every weekend to see houses with us. We saw some new construction homes with a new home consultant that seemed like she was friends with Carolina. We realized that we weren’t interested in that new construction and although it seemed like Carolina was friends with that consultant, Carolina told us that she wants us to be comfortable with our purchase so we’ll discard that place. After three weekends of seeing houses we finally found the one we wanted. The seller had already received an offer when we toured the home. My husband and I told Carolina that we were willing to pay more than the asking price so she included a clause in our offer that stated we were willing to pay a certain amount more than other offers up to a point, and that is how our offer was accepted. The seller realtor said that she’d never seen a clause like that. We even ended up with instant equity because the house was worth more than we paid. The coming weeks before closing went extremely smooth. Our home inspection went well. There were minor problems but Carolina created an addendum asking the sellers to repair the problems found in the inspection and although they were minor, they agreed. Carolina always kept us in the loop about what was going on and we were able to close in less than 30 days! Carolina made our experience as first time home buyers extremely pleasant! She was prompt and always pleasant. If you’re looking for a realtor that really cares for you and what you want, Carolina is the person for you! I highly recommended her!

Cindy was amazing! Being a young, first-time home buyer and from reading horror stories, I was expecting a confusing and drawn out process. However, it was the exact opposite. Cindy made sure I was comfortable with the process from initial home viewings, to the signing, and beyond. When Cindy and I first met in person and began viewing homes, she immediately began asking me questions to try to understand exactly what I was looking for. I enjoyed the fact that she wasn't introverted or reserved and was there to help, instead of dismissing me as someone who would ultimately waste her time. I generally knew what I wanted, but I believe she went the extra distance and got me to think about possible other requirements I had, which I was not previously considering. For example, I knew that I needed space for a roommate, but I never considered a split-bedroom floor plan that would allow me to have some space between us. Before deciding on the house I ended up buying, I believe I viewed more than 20 homes, over the course of about 3 months. There were a couple of times that I became frustrated with the lack of properties or the speed at which they'd been taken off of the market. Cindy assured me that mine would come. I was grateful that she never tried to pressure me into something I did not want to buy. After a few months in my home, I can say that I absolutely love it. There were many opportunities for me to buy something else or just go back to renting, but we made it. And for that, I cannot thank Cindy enough! If you get a chance to read this Cindy, thank you very much for everything! You far exceeded my expectations. The level of dedication you showed during this experience will definitely keep me around as a repeat customer!
