Have you always lived in Central Florida? Where do you consider ‘home?’
I was born and raised in Wilkes-Barre, PA. I moved to Orlando in August 1998. I have lived in East Orlando since I moved here and love it. Even though PA is where I’m from, I do consider Orlando my home now.
What, if anything, would you want your future clients to know about you?
I genuinely love what I do. I do not rest until I know that my clients are taken care of and have what they want. I am caring, compassionate, and I listen. I will always speak the truth. I consider my clients as family and treat them as such.
What are some things that you have learned and that surprised you about real estate after becoming an Agent?
It’s more about the people than the houses and it’s a lot harder than it looks. Being an agent gives you a lot of flexibility and I believe that most people think that means working less but you must keep yourself disciplined and dedicated to your clients and put the work in everyday. The work also doesn’t stop after the sale closes. You must continue to work on your relationships and nurture them.
Where does your inspiration come from when it comes to selling real estate?
There is absolutely nothing like closing day for a family. Seeing their faces light up and watching the excitement of their children never gets old for me. I get so much delight and happiness watching others’ joy and to know that I had a part in helping them reach that dream to come true is the biggest reason why I love being a realtor.
How has your personal life blended into your life as an Agent in a positive way?
I have had many challenges in my life. I strongly believe that those challenges have made me a very sympathetic person toward others. Empathy is one of the best qualities you can have as a human being and the more empathetic you are, the more understanding, patient and caring person you are. These are an absolute necessity to be a great agent.
