Hi, I’m Yeidy Frias! I live, love, and work right here in Central Florida. I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, and today I’m proud to call Apopka home.

Being bilingual allows me to connect with people from different backgrounds and help more families navigate the home-buying and selling process with confidence. I especially love serving the Spanish-speaking community in Apopka and throughout Central Florida.

I’m passionate about real estate and genuinely enjoy helping people find the right place to call home. Whether you’re buying your first home, looking for something bigger, downsizing, or moving to Florida from another state, I’m here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m organized, detail-oriented, and always focused on providing great service. I also offer video calls and virtual consultations to make things easier, no matter where you are.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me checking out a new restaurant, grabbing coffee at a local spot, or exploring different towns around Central Florida. I love discovering new places, meeting people, and learning about different cultures. Plus, it helps me share some great local recommendations with my clients!

I’m the founder of Apopka Moms and WOWoman in Apopka, communities focused on bringing moms and entrepreneurial women together to connect, support one another, and grow. I’m proud to serve as a board member of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) in real estate.

For me, real estate is about more than just buying or selling houses. It’s about building relationships, supporting my community, and helping families find a place where they can create lasting memories.
