“Congratulations to Luis & Angie on their home purchase!! We looked long and hard to find the perfect fit! This 1.25-acre property, complete with a detached garage/workshop, chicken coop, fully fenced, no flood zone, POOL, and newer AC & roof was THE ONE! The seller was hesitant on accepting our offer, however, I somehow convinced them that we can do everything an FHA loan would require.
With a lot of strategy and trust from the Oyola’s…we were able to negotiate and get all required repairs done! Thankfully my experience makes me able to anticipate some red flags ahead of time to make sure we had the least amount of headache possible. Not only did we OVER appraise with some instant equity, but we were also able to negotiate some closing costs from the seller, a bunch of furniture, some chickens, and these two adorable goats, Cheeba and Pepe!
