Richard was referred to me by a friend. Upon meeting with him he did a walk through of the house, provided feedback on what needed to be done and gave a price range for the sale price. I expressed to Richard that I desired to move the house quickly as it had been a rental. Richard did not disappoint. We were under contract within 7 days of listing and closed within 45. The final sale price was almost exactly what Richard indicated he felt we would get for the house. So much of a realtor's success is based upon a client base and relationships to market a home or find a home for their clients. Richard has that base and the relationships in the Orlando market to make the real estate transaction stress free and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful buying process through Richard! As we bought from out of state, it was very important for our realtor to have excellent communication skills. Richard was quick to respond to any questions we had, even from a different time zone! He even took us to the airport after we came to see the home in person so that we didn't need to pay for a taxi/Uber driver. When we did find the home we wanted, Richard used his wealth of experience and outstanding relationships with other local agents to draw up a creative offer that secured our dream home.
