Real estate has always been part of our story. Jasmine grew up around the industry with a father who worked as a Realtor®, mortgage broker, and now construction company owner, so weekends were often spent touring model homes and learning what makes a house truly feel like home. For Raheem, a background in B2B sales built a strong foundation in communication, patience, and creative negotiation. Bringing those paths together into real estate felt like a natural next step for both of us.

We work as a team and believe clients are best served when they have steady guidance, strong advocacy, and organized support at every stage. Raheem focuses on upfront strategy and negotiations, while Jasmine leads the research, details, and behind-the-scenes coordination that keep everything running smoothly. Together, we make sure nothing gets missed and no question goes unanswered.

We specialize in helping first-time buyers and growing households feel confident in their decisions. Clear communication and no surprises are our standard. We take time to explain the process, walk through options, and make sure every step makes sense. Central Florida has been home since 2017, and we love the energy and variety here. From trying new restaurants and food festivals to weekend brunch spots and local favorites, we are always exploring something new. Outside of work, you will usually find us at the gym early, riding our motorcycle, hosting book club brunches, or planning our next trip.
