“In our process of moving to Florida, they were always incredibly helpful. We got to work with Lauren, and she always went above and beyond. Knowing we wouldn’t be in Florida before our move, while the house was being built, Lauren kept a very constant keen eye on everything. “Surprise you’re getting a divorce! I had no idea how to take that news, or what I was going to do. Luckily the great folks at Wermert realty were patient when I lost my mind and stuck to the game plan of damage control. They helped me find and purchase a home under my budget, in the town I wanted to live in, and the topper is the house is finished. No painting, no tile work, no weird converted rooms, a new roof, new appliances, and a large lot with some space from the neighbors, who seem nice by the way. I have purchased 4 homes in my life, and this is the most finished home I have ever owned. A few mods to happy up the kids and it’s gravy train from thereon. I highly recommend this team and the heart and understanding they bring to this crazy and expensive endeavor. It’s only been a week and I feel almost human again!
