Groveland is a city in Lake County, Florida, United States, containing the following Orlando zip codes, 34711, 34715, 34736, 34737. The population was 8,729 at the 2010 census. Between 2000 and 2010, The population has increased by 189%, making it the fastest-growing place in Florida. However, its land area increased more than fivefold due to annexation. It is located at the intersection of State Road 19 and State Road 33/50. Groveland is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford Metropolitan Statistical Area.
The west orange trail runs through half of Groveland, and the small kayak canals and a health population of athletes makes this the perfect small town for the health conscience. You’ll love the short commute to the parks as you’re only approximately 45 minutes from Disney world, Universal Stuidos and SeaWorld.
