I’m Meaghan Florence, an Orlando Realtor® with Wemert Group Realty. I’ve called Central Florida home since I was seven, and I help people buy, sell, and invest across Clermont, Winter Garden, Groveland, Minneola, Montverde, and the greater Orlando area. I love the lakes, the nearby beaches, and, most of all, the people who make this area feel like home.

Before real estate, I spent about 20 years working in education. Teaching shaped the way I communicate with clients: I welcome questions, break down the process, and make sure you know what to expect. Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom who loves cheering for my son at baseball games, supporting my daughter’s horseback riding, and serving with my family through church and community outreach. I’m always up for a beach day, especially at New Smyrna Beach, where my husband proposed. I value the relationships I build with my clients and hope you’ll feel comfortable calling me long after closing. After all, there truly is no place like home.
