“If you are looking for a new home in the Orlando area and in need of a realtor, look no further than Wemert Group Realty. Back in the summer of 2020, my wife and I decided we wanted to make the move from NY to Florida. We started looking online with the usual websites and we started to get calls and emails from various realtor companies throughout the Orlando area. One call I received was from Daniel Prior who was director of client services at Wemert Group Realty. At the time, we told Daniel that we were just in the looking phase and were not ready to purchase. I explained what we were interested in and Daniel was kind enough to send me some locations in Orlando that he thought might fit our needs. There was no pressure and Daniel said he’d follow up closer to our timeframe. When the time came for us to seriously start looking, Daniel put us in touch with David Heaton who would be our realtor. Being from out of state, we thought that the process might be difficult, but David made it very easy for us and we never felt any kind of pressure from him. He communicated with us frequently sending us new listings and answering any questions we had promptly. If he didn’t have an answer immediately, he would find out and respond back to us as soon as he had that answer. He was also very thorough in making sure we had all the information on the properties we were looking at. We came down to Florida in early September and knowing that we were still not ready to purchase, David took the time to show us some of the different areas of Orlando and showing us several properties. We never felt rushed or any pressure from him. We had planned another trip in December but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, but David did a video walk-through of those properties for us. We ended up moving to Florida at the end of December and needed to stay in a rental for a month until we could purchase our new home. By this time, we knew the area we wanted to move to (with the help of David over the last several months). We met with him the day after we arrived and he showed us a number of properties. David was very well prepared and had a folder with several fact sheets on each property. We ended up choosing one of those properties and made an offer, which was accepted. We are looking forward to being in our new home by February 1, thanks to the amazing job by David and the team at Wemert Group Realty.”
