We met just a couple of days after Christmas 2018 and got to see a few homes. Once they were down, they rented to be sure this was the place! Once that was confirmed the shopping was easy. We found this massive 2500+ sqft home in a gated community, in the very school district they wanted.
We ended up negotiating a few minors repairs, we appraised $5k over our contract price AND Jodi Goldberg and her team were able to save them nearly $4k by stalking the interest rate to get them the lowest possible.
