Have you always lived in Central Florida? Where do you consider ‘home?’
My family moved to Orlando when I was only 6 years old. I grew up in Windermere/Winter Garden but spent my whole childhood and adolescence with friends that lived all around Central Florida. I also attended and graduated from UCF so Orlando has been my home for as long as I can remember and I love living here!
What, if anything, would you want your future clients to know about you?
I am more than capable of matching their motivation when it comes to their Real Estate needs. If they need to be aggressive and find a home tomorrow, I’d be more than happy to spend 12 hours a day in the car with them until we find the right one. Or, if they are passive with their search and more interested in waiting until the right one comes around, I’d be more than happy to search and uncover the right one for them.
What are some things that you have learned and that surprised you about real estate after becoming an Agent?
How simple it is to actually purchase a home. No one grows up receiving education on what purchasing a home actually looks like and unfortunately, most everyone’s assumptions are incorrect. I’ve found that looking for a home to buy is much easier than renting.
Where does your inspiration come from when it comes to selling real estate?
I’m mostly driven by seeing my client’s needs being met!.
What are your hobbies outside of doing real estate?
When I’m not working I’m always outside. Whether it is cycling, running, swimming, hiking, enjoying some of Orlando’s trails, I am pretty much always outside and moving.
How has your personal life blended into your life as an Agent in a positive way?
To my friends and family, I am constantly a resource for any Real-Estate related information, which I’m always more than happy to provide (and usually provide more than they were originally looking for). Helping people is my passion, and even if it’s only just to answer a simple question it always makes me happy!
What is your favorite part about being an agent?
Working hard for my clients! The satisfaction I get from seeing my clients succeed in their home search as a direct result of my effort is what makes being an agent so rewarding.
