Now living in a fabulous new home in Trilogy Orlando! Where they will soon have a golf cart to run around in and all the amenities they could ask for! Beautiful community with the friendliest neighbors ever! After 4 months of working, waiting, extending, figuring out how to use DocuSign, uploading and downloading paperwork, hunting down the odd requests, packing it all up and moving over 500 miles and getting over every hurdle- including a last-minute re-appraisal and a litigation issue that didn’t have a thing to do with us, WE DID IT! Dave Torres with Home1st was unquestionably the VIP of this purchase! He taught himself how to use a Mac to help get things done, he called me -what feels like- every day -twice a day to keep us all updated to the min-even on his vacation! Stayed up late waiting for documents and was a pit bull at the end to get us closed and he is just an all-around great human to work with! No way any of this would be done without him! Thank You!
