Jenn is an absolute pro and we can not recommend her enough! As first time home buyers this process can be overwhelming, so working with someone who was knowledgeable and can explain the process was very important to us. Jenn was all of the above and more; she really knew the areas we were looking to buy in, she walked us through every step and explained all the little (and big) details, and she went to bat for us to make sure we got the best deal possible so we could stay in budget and get the best home for us. Every house we had seen before we met Jenn had gone off the market so fast, we were worried we would miss out on every good house out there. When we finally found the home we felt might be the one, Jenn got us the very first showing, and thanks to her lightning-quick skills we were able to make an offer and seal the deal with the sellers all on the same day! When we did our initial walk through, Jenn showed us what to look for to make sure the house was in good shape and I felt fully confident that she wouldn’t let us get into a bad position with a house that needed more work than we could handle. Through the inspection she was there to make sure we understood the report, then when we moved forward and dealt with all the other aspects of closing she was always available to answer our newbie questions, and we really appreciated it. At this point, Jenn is a friend of the family and we’ve told all our family and friends that Jenn is the pro to go with when they buy or sell!

This is the 2nd home we have sold using Wemert Group Realty and working with Tony and Adrianna was great both times. Our first experience working with them made it a no brainer on who to call when we were ready to sell again. They kept us up to date on what was happening and worked through any of the little kinks that sometimes arise and made it virtually seamless for us.
