• Magical Dining Month – “It’s my favorite time of year! I love trying new restaurants at a great value. This year, we discovered Four Flamingos at the Grand Cypress, and it was fantastic.”

   

• Friday Date Nights – Carey and her husband have a weekly tradition of trying a new restaurant every Friday. Sometimes it’s a hidden gem in Orlando, other times it’s a spot in Cocoa Beach or Sanford. Either way, it’s their way of staying connected while exploring new flavors.
• Winter Garden & Sanford – Both towns are on her must-visit list for their walkable downtowns, vibrant food scenes, and cool local bars. They’re perfect for a day trip or a casual night out.

Outdoors & Lakeside Living – A lover of the water, Carey enjoys boating and water sports. Her husband teases that her water skiing days are behind her, but Carey insists she’ll be back out on the water before long.

At home, Carey finds joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loves baking sourdough bread, tending her tomato plants, and preparing meals with ingredients she’s grown herself. There’s something special, she says, about cooking dinner and being able to say, “Those are my green beans. I grew those.”
