Career FAQs
Do you offer training and mentorship for newer agents?
Yes. Newer agents have access to structured training and mentorship designed to build strong fundamentals quickly, including buyer representation, contract process, communication, and daily lead generation habits. You’ll also have clear expectations and a support system to help you stay consistent as you build your pipeline. We do not always hire newer agents if we do not feel we can offer the support they will require.
Do you provide leads? How does that work?
Yes, we provide lead opportunities, and we match them based on readiness and performance. Newer agents typically start with training, mentorship, and skill-building while they develop strong follow-up habits and client experience standards. More experienced agents, or agents who demonstrate consistent conversion and responsiveness, may qualify for higher-tier lead sources. Our goal is simple: protect the client experience while giving agents opportunities they are prepared to handle well.
What technology and systems do you use?
We run our business with systems that support fast response times, consistent follow-up, and a great client experience. Our CRM is Follow Up Boss (FUB), and we use shared processes, templates, and tracking tools to help agents stay organized, manage pipelines, and follow a repeatable plan. We use dotloop for paperwork and have built out our own proprietary system for transaction management and marketing support. We believe strong systems create freedom, not restriction.
What support do you provide for listings and marketing?
Agents are supported with an in-house marketing team and proven listing resources that help you present homes professionally. That can include guidance on pricing and positioning, marketing materials, and support that helps your listings stand out online and convert to showings. You are not building everything from scratch. You are supported by a team that helps elevate your presentation and protect your client experience.
What are your expectations around culture, standards, and accountability?
We are a people-first team with high standards. We value professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity, and we believe clients deserve clear communication and consistent follow-through. We also believe accountability matters. Agents here are expected to use our systems, follow best practices, stay engaged in training, and contribute to a culture that is respectful, collaborative, and client-focused.
What does a typical first 90 days look like?
The first 90 days are focused on clarity and consistency. You can expect:
