Bear with me as I take you through my journey of extraordinary service provided by the Wemert Group Realty team. My journey started with Tiffany. She was my introduction to the Wemert team during an open house event. Tiffany really impressed me with her communication, organization, honesty, and willingness to help. I also loved the fact that she was a former teacher. Tiffany presented herself as very genuine and detailed oriented. I appreciated that and gravitated to that. My interaction with Tiffany was the reason I selected the Wemert team to help me with my home purchase. After committing to the Wemert team, Tiffany assisted me with the home search process. Tiffany’s communication was quick and effective, keeping me up to date every step of the way. She was always accessible to answer my questions and provided regular updates throughout the process. Tiffany also introduced me to her counterpart Corey. I was immediately impressed with Corey. I could tell right away that Corey had excellent knowledge of the real estate market. He provided great insights and advice that helped me make important decisions about my home purchase. His knowledge was very reassuring. He was amazingly resourceful and very easily handled all the complexities of my purchase. His attention to detail guaranteed that every part of the process was seamless. Also, his memory recall was very impressive (seriously this guy is a wizard, lol). Additionally, his negotiation skills were excellent. He was able to get me a great deal on my new home; and I’m very pleased with the outcome. When unanticipated problems popped up during the buying process, Corey’s problem-solving skills stood out. He quickly found ways to address the issues and handled everything with a cool, calm, and professional demeanor. During the final stages of the home purchase process, Corey introduced me to Jennifer, another Wemert counterpart. Again, I was instantly impressed with Jennifer. She was extremely friendly, professional, and dependable from start to finish. She ensured that various tasks were completed in a timely manner prior to closing. She also did a great job of reminding me of miscellaneous things that a new homeowner should be aware of, like home security, transferable home warranties, the garbage schedule for my new community, etc. That brings me to my final point about the Wemert team. I talked about their great communication, honesty, and efficiency. However the thing that really impressed me about these Wemert employees was their great teamwork and customer service. Each Wemert team member worked well together. Also each person had a specific role and focus. So everything was not a burden for one person. More important than that, this specific Wemert team always stayed in sync with one another. Their teamwork was very impressive. They say it takes a village to raise a child, well to have a good home buying experience it also takes a village. I highly recommend Wemert Group Realty as a must-use real estate agency. But more specifically, I highly recommend Tiffany, Corey, and Jennifer from the Wemert team. Their dedication, expertise, and friendly approach made my home buying experience a very positive one. I’ll be honest, in the beginning I thought this would be a straightforward process, however I was completely wrong. Moving from Apopka, our home was listed by Corey Welch and for the purchase of our new home in Windermere, we went with Danielle O’Quinn. Both choices were specifically based on their existing reputations for transactions in those areas. With the market turning sales in Windermere within hours, we needed a high level of communication and commitment to pull off a rapid transaction.
