Staci Kowalczyk is a truly amazing real estate agent. Having a family involved in the real estate business myself, I can honestly say she is one of the best. I was impressed not only with her professionalism and extensive knowledge, but also with the level of genuine care she extended to my family. She constantly pointed out details and features of properties that may have easily been overlooked by others. Staci definitely paid attention to our needs and wish list for a home and worked to ensure we didn't waste time looking at houses that didn't meet these requirements. What stands out for me is how she paid special attention to attributes in properties that were especially important to us for our son, like sufficient room in the yard for pitching and batting practice, a specific type of pool, bathtubs, ensuring there were no hornets around (our son is terrified of them), spacious bedrooms, a palatial kitchen for our budding chef, a spot in the yard for gardening, etc. Staci's response time was incredible. When I asked for more information on a property or to arrange a tour, she made herself available. If she didn't know an answer to one of my thousands of questions, she researched it and quickly got back to me. Staci is an excellent negotiator and is highly skilled at packing varied strategies to position offers on a house. When it came time for closing, Staci and her team explained every step in detail, continually communicated with us, and made the entire process extremely smooth for us. From day one, I was convinced of Staci's commitment to making sure we were taken care of. While Staci worked tirelessly and diligently to find our 'dream' house, we never felt rushed or pressured. Staci wanted to make sure we found the home that was right for us. We became partners (way more like friends than business partners) in the journey. Even now, after closing, I feel Staci still shares our excitement. You couldn't find a more professional knowledgeable, honest, reliable, accommodating, conscientious real estate agent and a caring and phenomenal person.
