Have you always lived in Central Florida? Where do you consider home?
I have lived in Florida my whole life. However, I have lived in Central Florida for twenty years. I am originally from South Florida. I currently call Oviedo my home.
What are some things that you have learned and that surprised you about real estate after becoming an agent?
I would say that not all agents are created equally. I have also learned that there are ways to help anyone no matter what the situation, and lastly I’ve learned how important it truly is to own a home.
What are your hobbies outside of real estate?
I like baseball, watching Netflix, and I, of course, love to travel. More specifically I love to go on cruises.
What are your favorite things about living in Central Florida?
Wemert Group Realty of course! I also love being able to say that I have tons of family and friends that live here. There is also so much opportunity within the area. I can also say that Central Florida is a wonderful place to be able to raise a family. There is also always something for everyone to do within the area.
How has your personal life blended into your life as an agent in a positive way?
I have been blessed with some amazing people in my life and real estate has allowed me to help them in so many different ways. Not only have I helped so many of them purchase or sell a home, but I have also been able to introduce them to a new career in real estate that has helped them thrive within their own lives. I have also always enjoyed people and interacting with others. Real estate is the perfect fit for my personality.
What, if anything, would you want your future clients to know about you?
I want my clients to know that I am passionate about helping them. I am a very strong negotiator, and I am not a pushy salesman. I am human and I am here to help, and not to sell.
