It was my first time buying a home and the Wemert Group Realty was beyond my expectations. My Realtor, Cristel, was so patient and informative. Cristel knew I had been trying to find the perfect home for a long time and she never got frustrated with all the showings she did with me. Once I made my decision, Cristel was right there to answer all my questions and see me through the entire process. I have heard some horror stories about purchasing a new home and I would have to say, nothing is further from the truth with the Wemert Group. Even after my home closing, Cristel and the Wemert Group have stayed in touch with me, making sure I was still happy with my home purchase and made me feel like a valued client of theirs.

Cristel especially had been my point contact since I began looking for a home early in 2016. The market is a seller's market, so it was difficult to find a home that was right for me, but she kept me in the MLS site and regularly inquired about my interest. She would be willing to show a house at my request. Cristel was always able to suggest a reasonable offer for the homes I had taken interest in. 2 cases I lost the offers because I didn't take her advice. The 3rd home I took her advice and won the home. (I was always skeptical with real estate agents but Cristel was honest while trying to be competitive and respecting my financial limits) Once we won the offer, Cristel and Carolina essentially held my hand through the process and was transparent on what to expect, there were no surprises on their end.

Cristel was an absolute pleasure to work with. We purchased a short-sale, so the process was a bit more complicated and took a lot of communication between us, her, and the lender. While there were some frustrating times with the process, Cristel was very patient and always understanding. If she didn't have the answer, she was able to obtain it right away. One of the most impressive things was that she was extremely prompt in answering all calls, texts, and emails. Whenever I requested a showing it was the same day or the day after. I would highly recommend Cristel to anyone looking for their new home!
