How They Got Into Real Estate
Neither Tadas nor Natasha followed a traditional path into real estate.
Before becoming a Realtor®, Natasha spent her career in the airline industry as a flight attendant. When the travel industry came to a halt in 2020, she found herself exploring a new opportunity and earned her real estate license that summer. What began as an unexpected career change quickly became a career she fell in love with.
Tadas discovered real estate from a different angle. Inspired by his interest in homes and investing, he pursued a career in real estate after spending time working overseas. Nearly a decade later, he still approaches every day with the same passion that first drew him to the industry.
Today, both agree they cannot imagine doing anything else.
Relationships Over Transactions
While every transaction is different, one thing remains consistent: people come first.
For Natasha, one of the most rewarding aspects of real estate is helping buyers move into exciting new chapters of life. Many of her clients become lifelong friends, and she loves staying connected long after closing day.

A Shared Love for Orlando
Although they come from very different backgrounds, both Natasha and Tadas chose Orlando as home.
Natasha moved to Central Florida after spending time here during her airline career and quickly fell in love with the area’s diversity, culture, and sense of community.
Tadas was born in Lithuania and has lived in multiple countries around the world, including Norway and Dubai. After experiencing different cultures and communities, he continues to choose Orlando because of its people, lifestyle, opportunities, and quality of life.
Their appreciation for Central Florida shines through in the way they serve their clients, especially those relocating from out of state. Having experienced relocation themselves, they understand both the excitement and uncertainty that can come with a major move.
Life Outside of Real Estate for Team Tadasha
When they aren’t helping clients buy and sell homes, you’ll likely find Team Tadasha outdoors.
They enjoy hiking, traveling, boating, and exploring everything Central Florida has to offer.
Travel is a particularly important part of their lives. Tadas has visited more than 60 countries and enjoys experiencing new cultures around the world. Natasha shares his passion for travel and loves discovering new places whenever she can.
The pair also share an unexpected connection through dance. Tadas is a former professional ballroom dancer, while Natasha spent years participating in ballet, jazz, and competitive clogging.
Of course, they still have plenty of differences.
Natasha enjoys horror movies, Halloween events, and all things spooky season, while Tadas prefers mountain adventures, strategic planning, and mapping out the next destination on their travel list. Those differences are part of what makes their partnership so effective.
