We do not live in Orlando, so Robb ran around town for us so we could get videos of homes we were interested in, answered all our questions in a timely manner, and was extremely fun yet professional. The experience we had using Wemert Group Realty was awesome. From the first email and phone call till the last. Robb Landis was a pleasure to work with. We were 1200 miles away but Robb kept in touch. When we found a few homes we were interested in Robb went and checked them out for us and took videos and sent them to us. When we were ready to make the trip Robb made all the plans to visit the homes. When it came time for a contract and home inspection Robb was there again for us with help from Sarah Zack from his office. When the title company had some issues regarding closing they were right there to help out and we were able to keep our closing date. I would recommend Wemert Realty to anyone looking for a home.
