GET TO KNOW Jose Sanchez
Q: Have you always lived in Central Florida? Where do you consider ‘home?’
A: I’ve lived in Florida most of my life, Orlando will always be considered home to me.
Q: What are your favorite things about living in Central Florida?
A: What’s not to love about Orlando!? I live where others vacation. There’s so much to do in Orlando, I don’t think I would ever consider moving elsewhere. From the perfect weather, to the beautiful beaches and all the outdoor activities year round, Orlando is what I call home.
Q: What are some aspects of real estate that you have learned that has surprised you about real estate after becoming an agent?
A: I’ve learned how important the role of a real estate agent is in a transaction. The responsibility that comes with the role is greater than I imagined, I’m privileged to work with a supportive team who has given me the right tools to be a successful agent.
Q: Where does your inspiration come from when it comes to selling real estate?
A: Helping others, I’ve always been in a position where I’ve helped others achieve a goal. In real estate I’m able to not only help with a goal but also many people’s dreams.
Q: What are your hobbies outside of doing real estate?
A: When you don’t catch me showing homes you’re likely to find me out in the water – boating, fishing, jet skiing, you name it! Also flying remote control planes and working on anything that carries an engine.
Q: What, if anything, would you want your future clients to know about you?
A: ’m married to a real estate agent who works in our team, we are blessed to be able to enjoy our careers together and work in partnership. Coming from managing multiple high volume retail stores I’ve built strong communication and leadership skills that allow me to manage real estate transaction at a high level. When given a plan I am able to overcome any obstacles and execute and deliver within a timely manner.
