Let us tell you a little about Jessica Remillard
So when you connect it can be all about
PARTNERING WITH YOU
to meet your needs & exceed your expectations.
I’m a proud Central Florida native who’s watched this area grow from open fields into thriving neighborhoods. There’s truly no place I’d rather live, and I love helping others find their dream homes here. Before becoming a Realtor®, I was an elementary school teacher, which taught me how to listen, guide, and care for people in meaningful ways. Those same values shape how I serve my clients today.
Buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest milestones, and I never take that lightly. I take time to understand your goals, your timeline, and what home means to you. Whether you’re buying your first house or your forever home, I want the experience to feel simple, supported, and exciting. My clients describe me as honest, genuine, and patient, and I work hard to make sure you always feel comfortable and confident in every step of the process.
Because I grew up here, I know the little pockets that make Central Florida special—from Winter Park to Apopka and everywhere in between. I love showing clients new areas and seeing their excitement when they find the one. Real estate is always changing, and I enjoy learning, adapting, and creating lasting connections along the way.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and our three kids, out for a run, or enjoying a cup of coffee in the Florida sunshine. I truly love what I do and feel grateful every day to help families start their next chapter right here in the place I call home

GET TO KNOW Jessica Remillard

Q: Have you always lived in Central Florida? Where do you consider ‘home?’
A: I am a native Floridian. I was born and raised here in East Orlando. My husbands’ job took us from East Orlando to the Great small city of Apopka.

Q: What are some things that you have learned and that surprised you about real estate after becoming an Agent?
A: One thing that has surprised me about Real Estate is how much emotion is involved for buyers, sellers, and agents. You truly become vested in everything and there are some cases that truly pull at your heart strings.

Q: How has your personal life blended into your life as an Agent in a positive way?
A: My husband and I have 3 children. Two school-aged children and one toddler. I love the flexibility of real estate. It allows me to work from home, so I can be there for my family as needed.

Q: What are your hobbies outside of real estate?
A: Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My immediate family is local to the Orlando areas, so we get together for family dinners often. We live in an amazing neighborhood that gets together regularly. We love visiting the beach or being poolside on warm days. I also enjoy being physically active. I am an avid runner and recently started doing some weight training. I love a good chocolate chip cookie, so as long as I’m active I can have a cookie for dessert.

Q: Where does your inspiration come from when it comes to selling real estate?
A: My husband and I have owned two homes together and my inspiration comes from the fact that I love looking for houses. We have been in our current home for a couple of years and I found myself still looking at houses and watching houses go active and then sell. I love finding homes, looking at pictures and then getting the chance to walk through them with potential buys and help them pick the perfect home.

Q: What, if anything, would you want your future clients to know about you?
A: I am a very positive and energetic person. I try very hard to look for the positive in every situation and I truly believe that everything happens for a reason… the good and the bad.
