Hi, I’m Alvin Abud, a Realtor® with Wemert Group Realty. I’ve been serving buyers and sellers across Central Florida since 2018, and I’ve proudly been with Wemert Group Realty since 2021. My journey into real estate began in hospitality. After earning my degree in Hospitality Management from UCF, I worked at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, where I learned how to anticipate people’s needs and deliver world-class service. Those same skills now guide me in helping families and investors find the perfect home or investment property.
I specialize in residential real estate and believe that a home is more than just a place to live. It’s the foundation for memories, growth, and security. Whether it’s a first-time buyer, a growing family, or a seasoned investor, I prioritize building strong relationships, guiding clients with honesty, and making the process as stress-free as possible. My clients know that my role doesn’t end at the closing table. I’m committed to being a trusted resource for years to come.
Born in New York and raised in Central Florida, I currently live in Winter Garden and love everything this area has to offer. You’ll often find me at the Winter Garden Farmers Market with my dog Jackson, who, fun fact, has more than 20,000 Instagram followers. I’m also a big car enthusiast and enjoy working on and tracking cars, exploring new restaurants like Maggiano’s, or heading to Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival.

Q: Have you always lived in Central Florida? Where do you consider ‘home?’
A: I have not, I was actually born in New York and was raised in New Jersey. I moved here when I was about 12 years old. New York and New Jersey will always have a special place in my heart, but Florida is home now.
Q: What is your favorite part about being an agent?
A: I love being able to help people out! In hospitality, I was able to do this, but with real estate, the impact that I can have on someone is much bigger.
Q: What are your favorite things about living in Central Florida?
A: My favorite thing about living in Florida is the weather, it is always nice and sunny outside, and never have to deal with snow again. The beaches are super close and you can go any time of the year. There is never a dull moment here, you can always find something to do here in Orlando.
Q: How has your personal life blended into your life as an agent in a positive way?
A: Before I started real estate no one in my family was ever in the industry and now being where I am, I can educate and help them. I get calls all the time asking for advice from friends and family and it allowed me to become a resource. Some of my friends refer to me as the “Real Estate Guy”.
Q: Where does your inspiration come from when it comes to selling real estate?
A: My inspiration comes from my father, although he has never been an agent he has always navigated the market on the investment side back in New Jersey. It makes me happy that I can make him proud of what I do.
Q: What are some things that you have learned and what surprised you about real estate after becoming an agent or entering the industry?
A: The biggest thing that surprised me was how extensive the industry was, coming into real estate I thought it was only about helping buyers and sellers, but once I really dove in I learned about so many different niches in the industry.
Q: What are your hobbies outside of doing real estate?
A: I LOVE cars, I work on my car all the time and attend shows with friends. Some of my closest friends came because of our connection to cars.
