Tony LeBron’s Approach to Real Estate

For Tony LeBron, real estate has always been about people first.

“The contracts are pretty much all the same,” he says. “But people’s stories always change.”

That mindset shapes the way he works with every client who trusts him during one of the biggest moments of their life. Tony naturally leads with empathy and calm communication. He knows buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time buyers navigating the process for the first time.

Instead of rushing people through decisions, he slows things down. He answers questions. He explains the process clearly. And he makes sure clients feel comfortable enough to be honest about their fears, goals, and concerns.

“There’s a lot of fear in the beginning. But getting to hand someone the keys to their first home never gets old.”

That patience has become one of the things clients remember most about working with him. Tony doesn’t try to be the loudest voice in the room. He simply wants people to feel cared for and understood.

As an Orlando Realtor®, he also understands the emotional side of homeownership because he has personally lived it himself.

When Tony first tried to buy a home years ago, he didn’t qualify. His credit score needed work, and the process felt discouraging. Instead of giving up, he spent the next year rebuilding his credit and preparing himself financially. Eventually, he purchased his first townhouse, and later, a second home.

That experience changed the way he works with clients today.

He understands the vulnerability that comes with opening up your finances to a lender. He understands the stress, uncertainty, and discipline involved. Most importantly, he understands how rewarding it feels when it all comes together.

The Journey That Led Tony LeBron Into Real Estate

Real estate was never originally part of Tony LeBron’s plan.

Before becoming a Realtor®, music was his world. Tony studied music at Southeastern University and spent years performing professionally. A friend who worked as a Realtor® in South Florida repeatedly encouraged him to consider real estate, believing his personality and people skills would translate naturally into the industry. Eventually, he took the advice, and it completely changed the direction of his life.

Today, he’s been in real estate for eight years and says it was one of the best decisions he has ever made.

His background in music still influences the way he connects with people. Performing taught him how to communicate emotionally, read a room, and make people feel comfortable. Those same qualities now show up in the way he serves his clients every day.

Long before real estate, Tony traveled the world as a featured entertainer for Celebrity Cruises. He performed internationally across Spain, South America, the Caribbean, and Italy as a featured tenor singer.

He also appeared on a Christian music competition television show called Gospel Dream, where he ultimately won the competition and later recorded music professionally.

While many people may know Tony today as a Central Florida Realtor®, those creative roots still remain a big part of who he is.

Helping First-Time Buyers Feel Less Alone

If there’s one group Tony LeBron especially loves working with, it’s first-time buyers. He understands how emotional the process can feel because he remembers what it felt like himself.

That’s why he takes extra care walking clients through each step and making sure they never feel embarrassed asking questions.

One story that has stayed with him over the years involved a single mother who moved from Venezuela with her autistic son. She worked multiple jobs and dreamed of becoming a homeowner. The process was challenging at times because of paperwork and financing, but Tony worked closely with one of Wemert Group Realty’s preferred lenders to help make it happen.

After about 60 days, she officially closed on her home and Tony still remembers handing her the keys.

“I may have shed a tear,” he says. “Seeing her and her son move into that house was unforgettable.”

Stories like that continue to motivate him after nearly a decade in real estate in Central Florida It is evident that for Tony, success is not measured only in transactions. It is measured in the lives attached to them.

Why Collaboration Matters to Tony LeBron

Before joining Wemert Group Realty, Tony spent years working independently as a solo agent. Joining a collaborative team environment completely shifted his perspective on what real estate could feel like.

“What I love about being part of a team is collaborating,” he explains. “Not only getting help from others, but being able to help someone else.”

That sense of support has become one of the biggest reasons he values the WeMate culture so deeply. Tony explains, “What I love about being part of a team is collaborating.” “Not only getting help from others, but being able to help someone else.”

Tony speaks highly about the leadership at WGR and the example set by broker and owner Jenny Wemert. He admires the way the team prioritizes people, integrity, and doing the right thing even when it is difficult.

He describes the WeMate culture as encouraging, motivating, and deeply people-focused. It’s an environment where agents support one another instead of operating alone, and it directly influences how agents care for their clients.

“Jenny Wemert really sets the example of putting others first,” Tony says. “And it motivates us to put our clients first in everything we do.”

That collaborative mindset extends beyond transactions. Whether it’s goal-setting meetings, encouraging one another during difficult seasons, or celebrating wins together, Tony believes being surrounded by supportive people makes everyone stronger.

A Bilingual Orlando Realtor® Serving the Latino Community

As a bilingual Realtor®, Tony LeBron is passionate about helping Spanish-speaking families navigate real estate in Central Florida with confidence and clarity.

For many immigrant families, homeownership represents stability, sacrifice, and generations of hard work. Tony understands that deeply.

He often works with clients from Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Colombia, and other Latin American communities who are pursuing the dream of homeownership in the United States.

“For many families, the American Dream is owning a home and building a future,” he says. “Being part of that journey is a huge honor.”

His ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish helps clients feel more comfortable throughout the process, especially when navigating contracts, financing, and important decisions.

For Tony, being bilingual is not just about translation. It’s about connection.

Life Outside of Real Estate

Outside of work, Tony LeBron is deeply connected to the things that bring people together. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him at the beach, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying good food around town.

“What I love about Orlando is that it’s big enough to feel like a city, but small enough to feel like home,” he says.

He’s also a longtime Orlando local who appreciates the diversity and culture that make the city feel like home. One of his favorite local spots is Santiago’s Bodega in Mills 50, where he recommends the patatas bravas and steak with blue cheese.

And if you ask him about travel, he’ll quickly tell you Italy remains one of his favorite places in the world because of the history, culture, and incredible food.
