Amazing experience working with Tony Galarza and the staff of Wemert Group Realty. Their expertise and great communication skills made the selling process straightforward and stress free. We called Tony after an online search of highly rated Orlando real estate agents. His ratings are justified. He answered all our questions and made great suggestions to sell Mom’s house after she moved in with us in New York. Tony sent us a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) and discussed appropriate expectation for price and timeline of sale. Contracts and paperwork were all completely electronic so Mom could review and sign all remotely. The house was well staged and photographed and was in contract with a buyer within weeks.
