Have you always lived in Central Florida? Where do you consider ‘home?’
I was born in Puerto Rico and moved to East Orlando when I was 14 years old. I consider Orlando my “home” since I’ve been here more than half my life.
What, if anything, would you want your future clients to know about you?
I take my clients’ needs seriously. That I will go above and beyond for them during our “time together” and will become a friend long after the transaction is done.
What are some things that you have learned and that surprised you about real estate after becoming an Agent?
That real estate is not just a job, it’s actually a vocation that takes time to perfect. What’s surprised me the most is that people think it’s an easy job but they don’t realize how difficult it is to get a transaction from showing to closing. How many moving parts and how many “hands” touch a particular transaction.
Where does your inspiration come from when it comes to selling real estate?
I’m an educator at heart and love to help people. I get great pleasure out of answering questions and being the “fountain of information” for people. If I don’t know something I will research it and get an answer. This was a natural career to choose because of all the education and consideration that goes into it.
What are your hobbies outside of doing real estate?
I love listening to music! I love reading non-fiction books! I love traveling either cruising or going on cross-country road trips.
How has your personal life blended into your life as an Agent in a positive way?
It has allowed me to spend more time with my two daughters. It’s also helped me understand my clients more and what’s important to them.
What are your favorite things about living in the Central Florida area?
Being close to family, the beach, and how beautiful and clean the town is.
