Diana has a welcoming face and a warm smile that you will notice right away. She is helpful in all aspects of real estate. Diana covers many different areas as her role as Client Service Coordinator. She partners with agents and clients through both the buying and listing side of the home buying process. Diana does everything she can to ensure clients that every detail is being taken care of. She knows that it is important for people to feel like they are in good hands. Diana is the person that everyone can trust and plays a huge role during the home buying process for all clients, agents, and others on the Wemert Group Realty team.
Her role includes helping clients as they come in at the front desk, assisting the transaction coordinators, helping out with the buying and listing side and assisting in the marketing department. Diana works daily to get as many tasks done as she can. She is a team player and great at getting along with everyone that she encounters.
When Diana is not working at Wemert Group Realty, she enjoys relaxing while reading a great book or spending time doing volunteer work with her church. She likes planning, organizing, and designing which also comes into play with her position at Wemert Group Realty.
Diana who is originally from Chicago has lived in many different areas of Florida as well as Georgia and North Carolina. She fell in love with Central Florida and realized that this is where she wanted to stay.
She loves having the ability to try out all the amazing restaurants that Central Florida has to offer. Diana looks forward to all the new and exciting stores and markets that are opening up in the Central Florida area. She also loves spending time outdoors at any of the local beaches in the area.
What is your title at Wemert Group Realty and how does it apply to the real estate industry?
My title is Client Service Coordinator – This was my title when I first started with the company in the ISA department. I suppose it still applies now that I am at the front desk assisting clients as well as assisting TC’s, ISA, Marketing, Listing & Buy sides with various tasks within their transaction process.
What are your favorite things about living in Central Florida?
There are so many events going on all the time, new places keep popping up, restaurants, stores, boutiques, shops, markets, and of course not far from the beaches on either side of the state!
How has your past job experiences helped you with your title at Wemert Group Realty?
All of my past jobs have been providing a variety of customer services. So I would say it helps me to be open minded to many different personality types, welcoming to all, and easy to get along with.
What are some of your hobbies outside of working at Wemert Group Realty?
When I have quiet time I enjoy reading, listening to sermons and most of the time I fill my off time volunteering at church or for church events. I will do the planning, organizing, designing, etc…
Have you always lived in Central Florida? Where do you consider home?
I was born in Chicago and grew up all over South Florida, but moved to Central FL in 1997 and have been here just about the whole time. I did attempt to living in Jacksonville, Hinesville, GA, and a few months in Apex, NC. In the end, I discovered that Central Florida is definitely my home.
What have you learned since working on the team?
As far as real estate experience, I have learned so much! The in’s and out’s of the buying/selling process, the work that is put into the process from the beginning to end. Most of all, I have learned that I am so blessed to be part of a team that truly loves what they do, loves to help people and loves to work with one another.
