“Congratulations to this amazing couple! I always love when buyers want something different, and I can only describe this home as *something special!* It sits very privately on over 3 acres in Oviedo. All of the interior doors are mismatched antiques, the mantle is made from a 2,000-year-old cypress, and this arch I posted frames the entrance to the dining room. The interior is a work of art. I coaxed them to come to see this house after sending it to them 3 times, and when they finally agreed, they wrote an offer that night. I’m super happy for them in their new life in Florida as a soon-to-be-married couple! Thank you as always to Sarah Zack for managing the details and Danny Prior for making the introduction.”
