Tony Galarza was my realtor, but I also got a lot of assistance from Adriana Velasquez as well. Both times I’ve purchased a house with Wemert, I’ve gotten a team of realtors at my disposal. Let me tell you this is invaluable. They are very aware of your timelines and needs. They send you email reminders for when things are due, give you recommendations for whatever you need (homeowners insurance, lenders, home repairs, etc), they assist in getting all your new home needs setup (utilities hookups, HOA info, etc) and they are available to answer any question you can throw at them. Their meticulous attention to detail leaves you reassured that you have everything covered. Feel comfortable knowing you made the right choice for your realtor!
