We had an excellent experience working with Bruce and Patrice at Wemert Group Realty to purchase our first home. Everything was perfectly coordinated from the time we viewed the house and made an offer till the time we closed on the house, with all the inspections, appraisals, contract, title, lender coordination in the middle. In the first visit to the house, Bruce was able to identify most of what we would later formally get in the home inspection, which made things a lot more predictable.
