A successful transaction for me involves finding the right home, negotiating a win-win transaction that allows my client to get their top home choice without spending a dollar more then they have
to.” Nicole focuses on the hand-holding process, ensuring her clients are well-guided the entire way, enabling a relationship that will turn into a lifetime one. When not working Nicole enjoys bike riding, yoga, shopping, live music, going to the beach, and quality time spent with my close friends and family.
