Carlos and I started looking at homes in Deltona but he quickly fell in love with the Spacecoast and we found this completely remodeled 1,200 sqft home for under $200k. Not only were we able to get the home under list price but we also managed to get closing costs paid for by the seller. Did I mention all new appliances under warranty and a new roof and a new a/c? Congrats again Madrid family.”
